Privacy policy

This page describes how Frntkey processes personal data on frntkey.io. Frntkey is operated by Nordic Web Team AB, Slottsbacken 8, 111 30 Stockholm, organisationsnummer 559046-9569.

Data we collect

• Analytics data (page views, referrer, device class) via Google Analytics 4. Consent-gated through Cookiebot.

• Marketing-cookie data only if you accept marketing cookies in the Cookiebot banner.

• Contact form and demo-request submissions. Limited to what you provide in the form (name, email, company, message).

Legal basis

Legitimate interest for essential analytics. Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing cookies. Performance of contract or pre-contract communication for demo requests.

Retention

Analytics data is retained according to the default Google Analytics 4 retention window. Contact submissions are kept while there is an active commercial conversation, then archived for up to 24 months before deletion.

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. Contact privacy@frntkey.io to exercise any of these rights.

Complaints

If you believe your data is processed incorrectly, you can file a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection), the supervisory authority for GDPR matters in Sweden.
